1. Commissions are calculated on a weekly basis. Payments are made every Wednesday for the previous week’s commission.
2. To be eligible for commission withdrawal, an affiliate must have a minimum of 5 active players. Earned commissions from 1–4 active players will be rolled over to the next week until you have 5 active players.
